How to Order Your Custom Lamp
Creating your personalized lamp is simple. Just follow the steps below:
1. Send Your Photos
Email us 2–3 of your favorite photos to hello@lumarama.com.
Choose clear, high-quality images for the best result
Portraits, family moments, pets, or special memories all work great
2. Add a Custom Message (Optional)
If you’d like to make your lamp even more special, you can include a custom engraved phrase.
This could be a name, date, or short message
Keep it brief so it fits nicely on the design
3. We Prepare Your Design
Once we receive your photos and details, we’ll create a preview of your custom lamp design.
We may contact you if we need any adjustments or clarification
4. Confirm Your Order
After you review and approve the design, we’ll proceed with production.
5. Production & Shipping
Your custom lamp will be carefully made and shipped to you.
Production time is approximately 5 days
You’ll be notified once your order is on its way
